I've contacted actiontec's customer service and put in a ticket but have had no response. I have tried everything on actiontec's troubleshooting including deleting the miracast driver and rebooting, rebooting the screenbeam, updating all drivers on my pc, deleting the wi-fi driver and reinstalling, turning wi-fi off - reconnecting to screenbeam and then turning back on, rebooting router and modem, changing wi-fi channels, connecting screenbeam to another screen, turning off all possible wireless devices for interference, resetting the screenbeam with the reset button, changing to every imaginable resolution on my PC including interlaced mode, turning airplane mode off and on again, changing to 2.4ghz instead of 5.0ghz, turning windows firewall off, turning anti-virus off, and lastly I've tried shouting and screaming at my computer. My pc finds the screenbeam just fine, but when it tries to connect the remote screen says "oops something went wrong". It can be set to screensaver mode (default), always on or HDMI off and the ability to set the timeout between 5- 9999 seconds. Screenbeam worked flawlessly for a year, and now suddenly has stopped working correctly. There is an option in the ScreenBeam Configuration Utility for the HDMI Port Power Management.
